5. Automated Decision-Making and AI Processing
Pixestate uses artificial intelligence (powered by Google Gemini and other AI models) to analyse and edit your property photos. This includes automated scene analysis that detects room types, lighting issues, and composition problems. These AI processes operate on your uploaded photos to provide editing suggestions and apply transformations. You retain full control over which edits are applied and can review results before downloading.

We may disclose your personal information to the following types of third-party service providers who assist us in operating Pixestate:
- Authentication: Clerk (account management and sign-in)
- Payment processing: Stripe (credit purchases)
- AI processing: Google (Gemini API for photo analysis and editing)
- Cloud storage: Cloudflare R2 (uploaded and processed photos)
- Database hosting: Neon (account and transaction data)
We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. Uploaded photos are stored in encrypted cloud storage and are accessible only to your account.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Uploaded photos and processed results are retained for a limited period to allow you to download them, after which they are automatically deleted. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Under APP 12 and APP 13, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, and to request correction of any information that is inaccurate, out-of-date, incomplete, irrelevant, or misleading.
